Publication date: 2025-10-17

Information on the right of withdrawal from a distance contract

If you are a Consumer or a natural person concluding a contract directly related to business activity but not of a professional nature for that activity, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason.

This period is counted from the day on which:

  • you took possession of the ordered goods, or

  • a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example:

  • in writing to: Kupczyk Spółka Jawna, ul. Grabska 25, 32-005 Niepołomice,

  • by email to: sklep@kupczyk.pl.

You may use the model withdrawal form (Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and an attachment to the Store Regulations), but this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the information before it expires.

Refund of payments

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional cost resulting from choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard one offered by us), no later than 14 days from the day we receive information about the withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise – at no additional cost to you.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Return of goods

Please send back or hand over the returned goods to the address:

Kupczyk Spółka Jawna
ul. Grabska 25

no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before its expiry.

You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use other than what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Application to privileged entrepreneurs

The above right also applies to natural persons conducting business activity if the concluded contract is not of a professional nature for them, in accordance with Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act.
