Accessibility Declaration — sklep.kupczyk.pl
Kupczyk Sp. z o.o., as a company with many years of experience in the technical and tools industry, feels obliged to ensure that our online store sklep.kupczyk.pl is accessible to all users — regardless of their age, level of ability, or way of using technology.
We understand how important it is for everyone to be able to use our store freely and comfortably. With commitment, we work to make our website friendly, clear, and understandable for all users, including people with various limitations or disabilities. Our goal is for every user to be able to fully and without barriers use the offer of our online store.
How do we approach accessibility?
We treat accessibility as an ongoing process. Our goal is not a one-time adjustment of the website, but continuous improvement of its usability. Therefore, we started our work with an analysis of the website’s compliance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines in order to identify areas requiring improvement. Based on this analysis, we are gradually implementing changes aimed at making the service easier to use for every user.
Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 at level AA due to the following non-compliances or exclusions:
-
not all images have alternative text descriptions (alt attributes),
-
some elements may have insufficient color contrast,
-
minor irregularities may occur in the structure of headings or form labels,
-
some content originating from the Comarch e-Sklep system may be beyond our direct control with regard to WCAG compliance.
Actions to improve accessibility
Kupczyk Sp. z o.o. is systematically taking actions to improve the digital accessibility of the online store. In particular, we plan to:
-
systematically add alternative text descriptions (alt) for graphics and banners,
-
improve the color contrast of interface elements in new graphic materials,
-
organize the heading structure and verify form labels,
-
conduct tests with screen readers in key areas of the service (e.g., shopping cart, contact form, registration),
-
cooperate with the provider of the Comarch e-Sklep platform in reporting and monitoring accessibility issues,
-
provide ongoing training for content editors and administrators in the principles of plain language and digital accessibility.
Our goal is to gradually increase the level of accessibility of the service and ensure that every user can use it in the most convenient way possible.
